I go by Kyla Bendrik. No, it’s not my real name, and yes, it’s a long story. But I like the unique character of the name, as well as the fact that there’s no one else with it! (as far as I know, at least)
I am an artist. I love character and world-building arts, especially fashion design, historical fashion, and architecture. I’ve been slowly building a collection of fun, diary-like videos of my projects to share with you all, and I’m excited to share my love of learning!

Sort of? While my patterns are (often) much too detailed and complex to prepare ahead of time, I am willing to take commissions for both patterns (for you to use yourself) and finished garments.

A lot. Pretty much all of my original designs take multiple months and dozens to hundreds of hours to make. So, consider how much you’d like to be paid hourly, and multiply that by about 100, and you’ll have an idea of how much I’ll require.
